This mixed-use building was registered under the LEED O+M Certification System EBand received LEED SILVER Certificate in that category. The building and its corporations and offices were adapted to recycling, maintenance, purchasing, employee transportation, water and light saving policies and the installation of native species proposed by our team of LEED consultants, presenting a design that favors ventilation and natural lighting of work spaces that promote the comfort of employees during working hours.
