In collaboration with Kince Arquitectura team, we participated in the Cancun Park project, designing the Museum of Biodiversity. Within a privileged location, it was planned so that the design had the least environmental impact. A project based on the anatomy of the snake, an icon of the Mayan civilization, it proposes a circular tour of the exhibitions. The skeleton of the snake inspires the geometry of the museum, thanks to parametrictechnology using BIM software, each rib and precast concrete panel could be conceptualized. As a sculpture on the mangrove, the museum with low-maintenance prefabricated materials remains open to its nature surroundings that permeates its interior.
