21 homes with the modernist charm of the early XX century

Francisco de Rojas 2 is one of Madrid’s landmark modernist buildings.  It will be refurbished with utmost respect to accommodate 20 housing units of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, anda duplex with terrace.  All units have wide windows and balconies facing the external façade, with ceilings of over 4 meters high and endless details.
