The first house in Mexico to obtain the LEED for HOMES Certification by meeting the criteria requested by the US Green Building Council,an international body in charge of promoting sustainability in construction, among which are:bioclimatic design, construction processes, operation, maintenance and in general the comfort of the property. This project wascertified as a LEED® GOLD project.
