The project is developed in the center of the Chamberí neighborhood, and the objective of the property was to transform and rehabilitate the houses and common elements, a building built in the 1940s, in a classic style, very deteriorated by use and the passage of time, but that preserves elements with a considerable historical value.
For this, a comprehensive project is proposed that seeks to consolidate the structure of the building, recover the main values of the houses and condition the spaces to current uses and needs, always respecting the protected heritage elements. A profound renovation of the building, in all aspects (structure, installations, accessibility, PCI, insulation) that makes it sustainable, efficient and adapted to the most demanding requirements of the rental market.
