Design of a student residence with a layout of hotel design and distribution in the configuration of rooms. Due to the versatility of the concept and its location on the island of Saint Maarten.The proposal is developed in two buildings of four levels each, supported by a common base, from where each building is distributed and ventilated. With the intention of generating cross ventilation in all the rooms an atrium was designed that articulates each tower from where each room is accessed.
